All items listed as NEW are from sealed Lego boxes and are in great condition as you would normally get from brand new sets.
All items listed as USED may have play marks and/or nibbles, however most items are in good condition and any major damage is highlighted in the item description. Sold as found.
If you should be unfortunate enough to receive an item you are not happy with please don't hesitate to contact me and I will do my best to resolve the matter for you.
Stickers may not be placed on the piece perfectly. If the placement is particularly bad then it will be noted in the description.
Used sets will be without a box or instructions unless stated otherwise.
Used minifigures will come assembled.
Whilst we are very careful when adding stock, occasional mistakes do happen. In the event of a being unable to locate a piece we will contact you with the options to refund the cost of the missing piece or cancelling the order.

After the shipment has been made, I am no longer responsible for loss or damage that may be caused to the product(s) during shipment unless tracked postage has been selected at checkout.
